The team have taken possession of the former M&S in Northampton City Centre. We are currently setting up site and progressing through the building isolating all the services such as electricity, gas and water. The 12 week £1m project is to soft strip all areas in preparation of large scale asbestos removal throughout the building. Once complete, we will hand the building back to our client; Northampton Borough Council who intend to demolish the building and redevelop the site with new mixed residential and retail/leisure units.
